Located on the banks of the Kotorosl River, a few minutes drive to the historical part of the city of Yaroslavl, in close proximity to the business center of the city. The total number of rooms is 270.

The territory of the complex consists of three buildings: "Dvoryankino", "Barinovo" and "Sloboda". The Ucha restaurant is located in the center of the complex. On the territory there are 2 guarded parking zones for buses and cars with 130 spaces, its own certified helipad.
